Barracuda Families,

Tomorrow is our Great Pumpkin Meet! It looks like we are going to be lucky weather-wise and the rain is going to hold off! The gates will be open and ready for us to arrive at 7am. 

Our warm-ups are from 7:30 - 8. Blue group will warm up first from 7:30 - 7:45. Red Group will warm-up at 7:45. White Group is not required to warm up. 

Check-in will open at 7:15 and end at 7:45. Please make sure your child checks-in before warmups.

The Costume Parade will be at 8:45. We will meet out in front of the ice machine area where we gather for the team cheer at 8:35. Please have your children wait to put their costumes on until after warm-ups. 

Fall Team Shirts - Board members will be at practice this evening and tomorrow during the meet to hand out the new Fall Swim Team shirts! Please stop by to get your child's shirt.

Relays - I have only had two relay teams submit names, but I have had a lot of children request to be in a relay. I will make relay teams for any children who requested to be in a relay this evening. Relays will be announced tomorrow morning.

Please make sure to bring plenty of towels and warm clothes for tomorrow morning. The kids will get cold if they don't have dry towels to dry off with after races. Rule of thumb is one towel per event for cold days.

We still need a few volunteers for tomorrow. If you haven't signed up for a volunteer shift, please look at what jobs are still needed and sign up. Thank you to those who have already signed up. We cannot do these fun events without parent support!
