MOC is the Sacramento Valley "Meet of Champions".
August 2-3rd @ the Roseville Aquatics Complex
Participation is optional for those that qualify and a great chance to compete against the best Recreational swimmers in the region.
Swimmers must obtain a 2025 MOC Qualifying Time Standard to compete
