Only sign-up your swimmer as attending if your already registered and paid for the entries on the FastSwims website. Please forward the entries to [email protected]

This is a split session meet. 12&un race in the morning, 13&up race one hour after the morning session concludes. 

Coach Jessica will be coaching the Saturday AM swimmers. Coach Katie the Saturday PM and Sunday AM and PM swimmers. PM swimmers should plan on arriving about 12:30-45pm. The AM session should end by 1 at the latest. Warm-ups will begin right away.

AM Swimmers: Please arrive at the pool with plenty of time to check-in and be ready for warmups by 8:00. Coach Jessica will meet all 9 and up swimmers at 7:55 under the scoreboard. Please make sure to wear your Barracuda cap. 

USA Meet Check-In is not with Barracuda coaches. It is at a table set up near the entrance to the pool. You will most likely see a line of swimmers. Your child, not the parent, must check in. The adults running the check-in table will help. They need to initial next to their name. If they do not check-in, 30 minutes before the meet start, they will not be entered into their event. I cannot fix it. They will not swim their events. Please watch your child check-in before you go find a spot to set up. This is very important.

There is not a designated area for teams, so I suggest you share tents with each other or caravan or meet somewhere at the pool if you wish to set up together. This will be a big meet. I suggest finding an area in outside the pool to set up. If you leave the pool deck area and set up in the back by the tennis courts there will be more room.
