Time trials in swimming are essential for performance assessment. They are timed swims over a set distance, conducted under race-like conditions but without direct competition from another team. We run time trials under meet conditions with an official starter and timers. Times for the events are kept just like a dual meet. This format allows our swimmers and the coaches to gauge their performance and track progress effectively. For more information click here. |
