Hello Barracuda Parents,

Tomorrow if our first meet of the fall. The kids are excited and ready to race! The gates to the pool will be open at 7am. Swimmers much be checked in by 7:50 am or they will be scratched from the meet. The Check-in table will be in front of the ice machine like usual.

Warmup for our team begins at 7:20 for Red and Blue Groups. White Group will not warm up. 

Warm-ups:

Blue Group lanes 5-8

Red Group lanes 1-4

Attached is the heat sheet. This is pre-scratch and will change if there are scratches tomorrow morning. It is going to be chilly in the morning, so please bring extra towels and something warm for the kids to wear in between events. 

There is not a ready bench so the kids will have to listen for event numbers and heats. The coaches will be behind the blocks and can help the children find their lanes. 

We are running 6 lanes for racing, with lanes 7 and 8 for warm-ups/cool downs.

Thank you to those who have already signed up to volunteer. We cannot offer these meets without parents to run it! We are still in need of families to help with take down. Please signup to help if at all possible. We have plenty of timers, but we need two runners (1 each shift) to collect DQ slips, 1 or 2 more Stroke and Turn Officials, and many people to help take down the meet. 

The Session report has the timeline for events. As of right now, it shows the meet ending at 1:00.
