Parents,

Here are the relay assignments for tomorrow. Alternates are listed under the B relays. Please make sure to stay for the relays if your child is on a relay or listed as an alternate. 

Check-in: 6:45 -7:00am. I have to turn in scratches by 7am, so please do not be late. Again, please text me if you are trying to park 916-879-3296.

The pool is open at 7, so we are going to start our warm-ups early. Here is the updated schedule for warm-ups:

Levels 5 and 6 - 7:00 - 7:20

Levels 3 and 4 - 7:20 - 7:35

Levels 1 and 2 - 7:35 - 7:45
