Saturday Home meet vs. Elk Grove
Shout out to everyone who attended our Red vs. Blue meet on Saturday. We had 189 best times! Attached are the final meet results including the MOC qualifiers report and DQs. If you have any questions about any of the reports from Saturday, feel free to reach out to me or the coaches.
This is an important week of practice as we gear up to our final home meet against Elk Grove. They are the reigning champs of the league so we ask everyone to give it their all this week in practice.
Please note: If your swimmer is not attending Championships on July 25–26, this week will be their final week of practice. Practices July 20–24 are reserved exclusively for swimmers competing at Championships.

Level 4: 7:05-7:20 AM
Level 3: 7:20-7:30 AM
Levels 1 & 2: 7:30-7:40 AM
