Championships Information 

Please Read

We are now officially in July which means Championships are just around the corner. It is an exciting time and an event that is different than a normal meet, so we want everyone to be informed about the upcoming requirements. Please take note of the information below and let us know if you have any questions. You can also familiarize yourself with the CHAMPS section of our website for additional details.

DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER:

You MUST declare your swimmer by Wednesday July 15th. You do this just like all of the previous meets by going onto our website and finding the Comstock Conference Champs event and declaring your swimmer. Swimmers may declare for as many events for which they have a legal time. They must also have swam in 2 league meets to quality.  Internal meets such as Time Trials and Red v. Blue do not count as league meets. 

REQUEST FOR AN EXCUSAL:

If you are unable to attend Championships, due to prior engagements you will need to fill out and submit the Excusal Form. Please complete this document asap. It can also be found in the CHAMPS section of our website.

VOLUNTEERING:

ALL parents who have a swimmer attending are required to volunteer 2-3 shifts over the two days of competition. Swimmers will not be eligible to swim if parents are not signed up and check in for their volunteer shift. Sign ups will open up next week. Be on the lookout for specific volunteer information to be sent out.  Please NOTE: 6&U only competes on Saturday.
