Hey Barracuda Parents!

We’ve had great interest in our announcing role this season, so we’re excited to open up a short audition/interview process to select one more team member to join our announcing crew.

This is a fun and important role, and we want to make sure we find the right fit for the team!

Shared Time: You’ll rotate, so you’re not on the mic the entire meet

The Role:
Announce swimmer names, events, and team updates at:

• May 9: Time Trials
• June 6: Home vs. Rio Del Oro
• July 18: Home vs. Elk Grove
• Splash Dash Fundraiser
• Other Team Social Events

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking clearly, can read names confidently, and brings great team energy. Also, the announcer provides music and must be comfortable with operating the sound equipment.

We’ll keep the "audition" process simple and low-pressure - just a quick opportunity to read a sample and discuss the position.
