The 2026 Summer Season is approaching fast!  We're still looking to fill the role of the Spirit Chair.  The role can be done by a single person or a team of folks that work together.

JRB BOARD - SPIRIT CHAIR JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with the Social Chair, Championships Representative, Head Coach, and Club Manager to coordinate spirit activities throughout the season at meets and events, including Championships and the end-of-the-season party and generally promote enthusiasm at our practices, meets, & events.
• Manage the delivery of the Personal Best rewards, including filing certificates and awards into family folders with the help of other volunteers as needed.
• Periodically update the Swim Team Bulletin Board and & Spirit Wall with relevant information and décor.
• Coordinate theme for Championships with Coaching staff & Champs Coordinator.
• Coordinate the fanfare for first day of practice and other special practice days like Coaches Appreciation or others as determined by the Board.
