JRB BOARD - SPIRIT CHAIR JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with the Board to coordinate spirit activities throughout the season at meets and events, including Championships and the end-of-the-season party.
• Coordinate the supplies and activities for the Spirit Tent at swim Meets.
• The Spirit Chair is responsible for delivering the Personal Best rewards, including filing certificates and awards into family folders within 6 days of any given swim meet.
• Responsible for updating the Swim Team Bulletin Board and & Spirit Wall with relevant information and décor.
• Coordinate theme for Championships with Coaching staff & Champs Coordinator.
• Manage the supplies of Paint, Posters, & other Spirit related materials needed throughout the season.
• Coordinate the fanfare for first day of practice and other special practice days as determined by the Board.
• Coordinate the décor and activities for the last days of practice that include Spirit Week, Coaches Appreciation, and Champs Rally.
