Psych Sheet & Timeline was sent out today.  See attachments.

Friday set up is NOT allowed.  Set up is allowed starting Saturday @ 6:30am.  I'm going to get there as early as I can on Saturday to try to establish a team area with a couple red Barracuda tents.  

Please email or text me if you'd like to help and/or coordinate with me.  It would be good to get some red tents up & then spread our wings as wide as possible for any other Barracudas before the masses come to set up.

Any thoughts on what other Team gear we should bring?

The facility will open promptly at 6:30am each day. If you arrive early, please form an orderly line outside the main entrance.

TEAM AREAS & SET-UP
Please refer to the attached facility map to find where teams can set-up. Teams can begin setting up their area on Saturday morning (anytime). Please do not set-up your team area on any designated pathway. Stakes in the ground are strictly prohibited. There is no set-up allowed on Friday. Additional bathrooms will be made available for MOC spectators and participants. There will be volunteers working as deck patrol throughout the weekend. Please show respect to all of our volunteers who are giving their time to help ensure a smooth weekend of competition. Any spectator that is not following the instructions of our deck patrol and/or meet staff will be removed from the venue.

PARKING
Please refer to the facility map for reference. Please note, the curb in front of the facility is used for drop off and pick up only. Parking is strictly prohibited in the VIP parking area (violators will be towed).
