Away Swim Meet JRB vs Elk Grove - July 12th
Coaches complete line-ups & relay meet builds by mid-week.

• If you are not declared, you will not be entered in the meet.
• Let the coaches know if you need to leave early when declaring.
• Scratches & leaving early disrupt the meet and take time to re-build
  events, leading to delays on the day of the meet.

Meet Reminders:
Check in by 7:20am at the latest or be scratched from the meet.

Please text Coach Katie (916-879-3296) if running late and unable to
check in by 7:20 AM. 

• Warm Up Schedule:
  13-18: 7:50am in the non-block lanes (closet to the score boards)
  7-10: 7:50am to 8:05am in lanes 1-10
  11-12: 8:05am in the non-block lanes (closet to the score boards)
  6&U: no warm-ups BUT still need to be checked no later than 7:20AM

• The morning warm-ups move along quickly, please be on time and
  ready to go. 

Champs Rally - July 17th
Please join the JRSC board Thursday the 17th 6pm-9pm at Pete’s in Roseville
for our Champs Rally!

What’s Happening:

• Poster making & window decorating to show off our team spirit
• Free kids entrée with any regular food purchase
• Happy Hour specials – come early and enjoy the deals!
• Fun for the whole family – bring everyone and stay for dinner!

NCSL Comstock League Champions - July 19th-20th
Champs is the highlight of the season and a key team and individual goal. This
year it will be at the American River College Aquatic Center, North Highlands,
CA 95841

• Declare your swimmer’s attendance HERE.
  • Reminder Each family attending Champs must complete 2 volunteer
    shifts during the weekend, as required by the league. These Champs
    shifts are in addition to the 6 regular season shifts already required.

Jamba Fundraising Cards

pays for itself at the first visit! Enjoy two drinks for the price of one and feel good
that you are also helping your favorite Barracuda! Order here. Cards will be
placed in family folders or can be e-mailed to supporters from a far!

Club Policy Reminders:
Please remind your kids to check in at the front desk with membership cards.

• If they do not have a card, they can have one made at the front desk.
• If a care provider or someone else is bringing your child, please remind
  them that they also must sign in at the front desk.
